If you would like to register as a Care client or register on behalf of a relative you can ring our dedicated Duty Officer.
When you speak to the Duty Officer they will ask you a few basic details to get you set up on our system. This will include the client name, address, phone number, and what kind of support they need, as well as a few other questions.
